2. Services Description

Florida Mold Solutions provides professional mold assessment, mold remediation, water damage mitigation, and fire damage restoration services to residential and commercial properties in Florida. Service availability, pricing, and scope are determined on a case-by-case basis following an initial assessment.


3. Free Inspection & Quotes

  • Our initial inspection is offered at no charge and with no obligation
  • A formal written quote will be provided following the inspection
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Florida Mold Solutions reserves the right to revise a quote if conditions change materially between the inspection and the start of work

4. Service Agreements

  • All work is performed under a separate signed service agreement
  • Work will not begin until the service agreement is signed and any required deposit is received
  • Scope of work, timeline, and pricing are defined in the service agreement
  • Any changes to the agreed scope must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties

5. Payment Terms

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and insurance payments
  • Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement
  • For insurance-covered work, the client remains responsible for any amounts not covered by their policy including deductibles
  • Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the service agreement

6. Insurance Claims

  • Florida Mold Solutions will assist clients in documenting damage for insurance purposes
  • We work directly with insurance adjusters on the client’s behalf when authorized
  • We make no guarantee regarding insurance claim outcomes, coverage amounts, or approval decisions — these are solely at the discretion of the insurance company
  • The client is responsible for understanding their own policy terms and deductibles

7. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the property and the damage
  • Ensure safe access to the property for our team during scheduled work hours
  • Disclose any known hazards on the property (asbestos, lead paint, structural damage, etc.)
  • Secure pets and valuables before our team arrives
  • Not interfere with the remediation or restoration process once work has begun

8. Warranties & Guarantees

  • Florida Mold Solutions guarantees the quality of our workmanship for 30 days from the completion of service
  • This warranty covers defects in our work — it does not cover new mold growth resulting from new moisture sources, undisclosed pre-existing conditions, or client-caused damage
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes related to insurance claims, property resale, or third-party inspections

9. Limitation of Liability

Florida Mold Solutions’ liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of use of the property during service
  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service
  • Damage caused by new or recurring moisture sources after service completion
  • Third-party actions including insurance company decisions

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • If work has begun, cancellation fees will reflect the cost of work completed and materials used to that point

11. Photography & Documentation

Florida Mold Solutions may photograph and document property conditions before, during, and after service for quality assurance, insurance documentation, and internal record-keeping purposes. We will not publicly share identifiable photos of your property without your written consent.


12. Website Use

By using floridamoldsolutions.com you agree to:

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Not submit false or misleading information through any form
  • Not use the website in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Florida Mold Solutions and may not be reproduced without written permission.


13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.


14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before pursuing litigation. The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees.


15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
